MUTED forever

for some reason im muted on the ts sever we have tryed many things such as......shuting the ts sever down..trying the mute/umute botten...granting me admin right and all and trying it...all of them have not worked and we have no clue how to get my mic unmuted

you might have to enable it in your sound mixer as the only recording device. Does TS locale loopback mode works (do you hear yourself ?)
