Server monitor for non content management sites
this took me for ever to work out all the bugs but i think its done.
this monitor looks like the ones for php-nuke but its for regular php sites with a black background. eventually it will be pre-made for other background colors but for now you'll have to figure it out on your own.

hmm well i should probably add that to the read me file because i cant take all the credit. thank you for pointing that out.
