Sounds like you are on Windows XP. As far as i know there is an issue with the TS2 Admin interface and XP. There are other posts which might give you a clue on that one.
About the other people not being able to join your server:
I assume that you can join your server by using localhost or 127.0.0.1. If you cant, you must probably have a problem with the server itself.
In case you can join the problem lies either in your firewall or your router. If you use ZoneAlarm (free version) you should shut it down completley (also check your serveices and deactivate the TrueVector service). If no firewall is present you might have forgotten to configure your router. When you are behind a router you have to foreward the TS port to your computer.
Let me know if any of the sugestions helped

Ohh wee... well.. Good news is that we have located the problem. Bad news is that i dont have the slightest idea how to configure that specific router.
But you should be able to do it yourself by reading the manual. All you have to do is to forward udp 8768 to your computers ip address.
this will most probably look something like this on your router
udp 8767 192.168.x.x
Ohh.. and better make sure that you dont use DHCP or forwarding could become really tricky.
Maybe someone with an alcatel speedtouch router can help here?

I cant contact you on MSN since i dont use it.
uh well... you definitely need someone who knows your router. First thing you will have to do is deactivate DHCP since portforwarding while using DHCP is really quite a nasty job. Second thing is to forward the port to the LAN IP of your computer which becomes static when you dont use DHCP anymore.
But i really cant tell you how to do that. Best is to ask in a support forum for your router.
You might start here:
http://www.butler.net/products/dslfaq.cfm
(point 10)
Yet keep in mind that first step will be to deactivate DHCP and therefore configure your network for static IP's.
Hope this helps
