Mic not working- Green light stays on

Mic not working- Green light stays on in voice activationmode, but still not working in push mode. I have been using TS for 6 months now with no problems, why would it just start messing up now? Plz help...Thanx

Have you tried to reinstall TS?

Make a backup of your server favorites (notes of ip, login,pw) and unsinstall TS.
open “start” menu -> “RUN” type: %appdata%\teamspeak2 delete the Teamspeak.conf file

reinstall TS.

Ok i have uninstalled and wiped all traces of TS, then re-installed. I log on fine both to others TS and my own Server. I can hear everything crystal clear, but they cannot hear me. The green light will activate but other still don't hear me. It has worked fine for months, now out of the blue....No mic sound??? Anyone know what my cure may be??

Is the "microphone boost" activated?

Yes "2 mic boost" is checked under advanced settings of microphone. Almost ready to give up on it LOL.

Hi,

I had the same problem and I fixed by going to control panel>sounds...>voice
In recording voice you have to select Mic. Here I had the "line in" selected and that was the problem.

I hope you can fix it now!

OK I fixed the problem! I had a trojan virus that had attack my sound card drivers. I uninstalled all drivers in safe mode and then reinstalled my drivers. After I ran Antivirus program and all was good again. Thank you.
