Another "I hear people but they dont hear me"

I have a problem with teamspeak where when i log in to a server, i hear chat, but others can't hear me. Now, I am not a complete idiot, i have checked that my mic is on and plugged in etc (i even hear myself through the sound output source), so sending me a picture of volume control is undermining my idiot status. I assume its something interesting or only minorly moronic on my part. I have gone through the system and everything seems to be fine except for others dont seem to hear me. What should i be tweaking? Any advice/reserved mockery would be appreciated.

Have you tried to see if you can hear yourself in the local test mode?

Some servers reqire voice access to actualy talk on there server. so the admin has to give you rights to actualy talk on the mic... and does the Green Light blink when you talk/push the button to talk? If it doesnt you need to get access from the admin's to talk in dar server

Sorry for the delay in response... i was away.

I see the green light and i hear myself when i do the local test. the audio just isn't going through.
