hi, im trying to get onto the webpage for my ts server but it wont come up, the problom is that clients cannot switch channels im trying to get onto the server so as i can inable them to do so. when i put in the ip address for the server noting comes up, is this because im trying to get onto it from another ip address? and if not why is this? and also is there any other way to fix the origanal problom?

oh and also the server is on another machine or host i dont know, im just trying to fix the problom for my clan leader
