If you want to create a new channel from the web, you'd have to write to the backend. Do you use Windows/Linux version? Do you use an SQLite or MySQL backend?
If you're looking for more flexibility and interactivity with your teamspeak server I would reccommend using a MySQL backend. That is what I am doing (though I must admit I am having a problem with new registrations) ... and I have already wrote one script to monitor the database for errors. :-D I plan on writing an asp.net (vb.net) webpost script as well --- since all of the ASP ones I've seen on here don't work very well.

There is one big problem and this is that database changes will not be noticed by the teamspeak server unless the database was changed by itself. This means whatever you do to the database, it will not do what you want it to do but cause really strange problems like invisble channels and users instead.
We did some experiments with altering the database while TeamSpeak is running and what we were able to see where some really funny but annoying problems.
Unfortunately, the current TeamSpeak server does not automatically create a channel when it doesn't exist, even when this is allowed in the servers permissions system. As far as I remeber we suggested such a feature for TeamSpeak 3 so there will be an IRC-like behaviour where non existing channels will be created automatically on join. However, this is just a suggestion and therefore nobody but the TeamSpeak developers can say if we might see this feature sometime in the future.

So if this is such a huge problem why hasn't the TS staff made an announcement telling everyone to abandon their MySQL efforts? There are like 30 threads about using MySQL ... and only one that says "I think there is a bug". This isn't just a petty problem, this is a huge problem. When you migrate your data or get the server up and running - it reaches a limitation then effectively renders your server uselss. You can't even set up additional servers. Now I have to manually revert to the sql lite junk version which is horribly insecure and cannot do many of the things I need my voice server to do.
This is extremely frustrating!
