lagging in mir2 game with teamspeak on help pls

i use teamspeak in MIR 2 and every time or most times when ppl talk or i press the talk button i lag and stand still and often it stops my game play ,, i need help how to stop this . ty in advance

im on broadband and my system is just a basic 1.8 ghz. e - machines 560

mir 2 is a online game = legendofmir . what are the best settings or any tweaks that can be done to help me use teamspeak while playing an online game .
