can not connect to teamspeak
my brother can not connect to my TS sever. he is useing a lap top. i connect fine and talk to the people that are also connected so i know the server is working but he types in the ip nickname and password (witch checked a 1000 time to make sure it was correct) he get could not connect to server bad ip or the server is not running. ok what is he doing wrong. if any one can help it would be greatly apprecated. thank you

it say "error no reply from server maybe the server is off line or the teamspeak is not running on it" could some on help me out on this please

the ip could be changing not sure
