if u right click on the server thing on the taskbar and go to youre ip's it will show u 2 ip's what r they

right, if u open ther server.ini file and where it says 'BoundToIp1=' after it put 192.168.123.186 without a space before it

yes just like that, then save server.ini and restart ure computer with the server running on it
