Friends can't connect
My friends can't connect it says the server is offline but i am online @ it but i read some topics here but don't understand anything 
pls can u help me

are you giving them the right ip, PM me ure ip so i can check

Oh my god, this thread is a pain to read (sry, if I post some stuff you'v already gone through)
that IP is a PRIVATE IP !!! http://www.duxcw.com/faq/network/privip.htm

By reading your thread, I'm not really sure if you know what you do..... so I question if you configured the port forwarding correct (you use a router with a NAT ?) ? There are many site's which deal with "how to configure a port forwarding with a specific router". You better ask there (=> google) should you be unsure about that setting.
Before you test bindtoIP1,... I'd make sure your port forwarding is setup correct, your're freinds do not timeout and they use the correct WAN IP (see here: http://www.goteamspeak.com/index.php...=4&item=25#q25 & http://www.goteamspeak.com/index.php...=3&item=24#q24)

right click on the server thing on the taskbar and go ot your ip's and click update
