Registered Users can't sign on??....Only as Guest.

I can't figure it out. I have registered 3 users on our server, no one including myself can log in using the registered names and passwords. You can join as a guest with no problems though, I'm lost. I have tried multiple times to change passwords to ensure we had it right, no luck so far and I don't know what to try next.

I recently re-installed my OS and prior to that we had no problems using TS. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I have tried re-installing TS. I could try again I suppose and see if it works.
