How to allow 'Request Voice' for my users

I have started a TeamSpeak server (version: 2.0.20.1 Win32) on my computer and declared a couple of users. They connect to my server with TeamSpeak client (version: 2.0.32.60). So far, they haven't manage to be able to speak although they are connected as registered users. They have the 'Self->Request Voice' menu item greyed.

How can I grant them the voice usage?

We have read throughout the FAQ, we have searched in this Forum and on the web, but we haven't found the relavant piece of information.

Help will be much appreciated. Cheers.

When you have Voice and you reconnect, your voice is away
When you have auto-voice and you reconnect, you still have auto-voice (and voice)
But that only works for registered users

Ok. I signed as 'admin' to manage the server. In the left margin, I clicked on 'Registered'. In the 'Server Permissions: Registered Users' panel, I selected everything (62 items). Then I clicked 'Save'. After that, on the client side, I have much less greyed menu items. Though, the 'Self->Request Voice' menu item is still greyed!

I still have some test to perform with my users. Things may work better. I'll keep you posted.

You need to change it so that the channel is moderated to request voice.

Agreed. Moderated channels allow me to request voice. And I managed to grant it to myself. Then, I associated the ALT key to 'Push to talk' 'Voice Send Method'. The local test mode showed me that it was working ok. I closed the sound setting window and my game partner has been able to hear my voice when I press the ALT key. For my partner, there is still the microphone to configure and test within Windows, and then it should work in TeamSpeak. So thank you all for your help.
