Mic not working?

I have a SB Audigy Gamer and running Windows XP. I use to use TS a lot about a year ago and it worked fine, recently re-downloaded it and now my mic doesn't want to work with it? I play Counter-Strike and my mic works fine in that so I know it works, just not in TS.

I've tried the usual things, like the +20db gain off/on, "What You Hear" setting, etc... nothing seems to be working and it's frustrating me now.

and don't use two voice tools in parallel, this is known for causing problems

I tried that, but all it gives me is wave in at option 4. I don't have the other options.

sorry, which option can't you set ? You can't switch between wave or direct sound in TS ?

Translated that link to enlish thanks to google... well some of it lol. I tried the suggestions on it, no luck though.

What's odd is TS worked just fine previously (last year). I stopped using it, downloaded the current version and now it doesn't work. It's REALLY frustrating as I've been trying to fix this crap for a month now.

I still can't follow WHAT you problem is, all you say is that it doesn't work. That is DEFINITLY not helpfull for use !
