I think you want to give us some more details about the problem (error,....) before expecting an answer from us, don't you ?
And before make sure the server is actualy running on the same PC as you connect from and no firewall blocks access. You could also do a forum search, there are LOT'S of threads dealign with login problems (mostly caused due to anti spyware tools / browsers having cookie or popup blockers included or too high security settings e.g. in IE)
