Try going into your Recording Controls and uncheck the LINE or MONO OUT box.
If you don't know how to do this, please read below-
Step One
Go to Start>All Programs>Accessories>Entertainment>Volume Controls. To do an easier place, go to your toolbar at the bottom right and look for the speaker icon, maybe it will be there.
Step Two
Now you have it opened and ready to operate on this baby, right? Well, now, go to Options>Properties and then bubble in "Recording". Check all of these for the correct things.
Step Three
Now, you should check "MICROPHONE" and you will be all set.
*If it was checked before, then try messing with your TeamSpeak settings.
Step Four
If completed and fixed, get off chair, hope on one foot, pat your head and sing the ABC's while burping.
