Server relaying
I wanted to know if there is a way to set a server as a client of another server. The main server will have peoples that may speak and the relay server will only have listening people.
I have tested shoutcast to broadcast the main server but there was too much latency around 20-40sec.
I have found that TS client can't use other recording source than mics.
One solution would need two client: one connected to the main to get and the other one connected to the relay to send. But ....

I doubt that it would be possible and I don't see why you would want this.

bandwith saving
each server will have around 10 connection instead of one server with 20.

But those servers would need to commmunicate to each other. Thus creating more bandwidth usage.

you can set your sound mixer so it records all sound played back by your PC.
