Another "Some people can't connect" thread.
Ok, I've read the FAQs, I've read the other threads on the subject.
I've forwarded the correct ports, I pass all connection tests found at http://ts2test.planetteamspeak.com/.
Some people can't connect. Setting BoundToIP1 to my external address does not solve the problem. When I do that, no one can connect, not even locally.
The client logs from the remote clients have the following line when they try to connect:
06-04-06 11:05:29,1396,WARNING,All,procedure TDICallBack.execute,"The operation had no effect." or "The device buffer overflowed and some input was lost." or "The device exists but is not currently attached." or "The change in device properties had no effect."
I can't imagine what further information I could possibly give you, though that seems to be the reason you couldn't help other people with the same problem.

I don't really think that it's a teamspeak problem. I think that it's your ISP and the way they are set up has it so certain people attempting to connecting from certain places can't.
