I want to start a server but..

I wanted to start a server via putty. I did everything good but there's a second server already running on that machine and the default ports are already in use so mine wont start. And my question is what should I do to start the server.?

Just change your server ports and settings to a diff set of ports. You may have to setup and run on a local machine first then upload so you can have the default database or else have the other server shut down long enough for you to get yours started and stopped, then make chages to config.
