    Arrow delay

    hey again!

    I have my TS up and running now but i have one small problem, the sound usually has a 2-3 second delay so when i talk they hear it not in real time but with a 2 or 3 second delay also they speak and the same delay happens, i am runing the server locally on my PC, XP SP2 pentium 4 3.0ghz 1 gig ram, i was wondering whats the cause of this and if theres a fix.

    have the other person run a traceroute to you and see how many hops there are.
