Teamspeak login via browser

Hi all!

is there any trick or setting that evereyone can click on a channel on tsviewer and logging in into teamspeak?
because some friend can do it i can do it...but some other can do it not?but we have mostly same XPversion and using firefox or Internetexplorer is there any hint what they have to set up that they can logging in via tsviewer?

He / she already knows that. The problem is that some installations of Internet Explorer seem to have problems handling the teamspeak:// links correctly.

I don't know why and I don't how to fix that. I never had these problems with firefox.
