TeamSpeak User Plugin

Ok, After visiting a public server, i found that they had installed a plugin for advanced user control... meaning that Unregistered users could only go to a certain channel, while registered users could go beyond that, permitting that they didnt try to go to admin only channels. Does anyone know of a place where this plugin could be found?

also on the same server, they had a plugin installed that hid all other players ecept for the ones in the channel you were in. where might i find this?
