Block whispers but not ALL

Wouldnt find a feature that would allow the ability to BLOCK all whispers EXCEPT from certain people, perhaps a LIST.

We have 120+ people on with mutiple rooms and sometimes people run rampant with the whispering to people. It would be nice to be able to block inc whispers from people but to have an exception list that WOULD allow people to whisper.

Understandable.

Yes "block all whispers" works
Yes "block peticualr users whispers" works
It would be nice to have a "block all but these users"

Have you tried [Settings][Options][Other]{Block whispers by default} and the turning whispers on for certain users. This may help but I am unsure if your system will remember the ones that can whisper if restarted.
