Teamspeak lag please help.

Hi all,

I have a problem. I have been using teamspreak for a few years and i just love the program.
I also plays games mostly battlefield 2.

A while ago i have bought a belkin pre-n router ( F5D8230-4 v2 firmware version: 2.01.02)
Now if i use teamspeak and battlefield or anyother game at the same time it really lags.
I think its something with the router because i have a 24mbit download and 1mbit upload internet connection so that cant be the problem. I also have a speedtouch 516 for adsl2+.

My internet provider is: Orange ( formaly wanadoo )

my computer specs cant be the problem i think:
Pentium 4 3.4 ghz
1024 mb ram DDR2 dual channel (2x 512mb)
250 GB s-ata harddrive
256 mb MSI nvidia 6600 PCI-e
MIC=cheap
Running windows XP home

Anyone have any ideas of how i could fix that?? it would be much appreciated.

Don't know...

could be your ISP. could be your router?.

try a lower codec and limit the bandwith ts uses.. See if that does anything.
