Individual volume setting for other players
It would be great if the client were capable of setting volumes for other players on the server i case one person is really loud and the rest are just fine.

This is in TS3, it's confirmed. So many people have been asking for it. It will never be put into TS2, however.

Permamute would be much nicer for annoying pricks that come in and play music or shout out random crap.

Nah, that's what the ban hammer is for. Especially in TS3 where the ban list will be far larger.

Or I assume that people know their local admins so they can report jerks, and that good admins have server logging on so they can ban those kinds of jerks.
