Try the latest binary beta copied over the top and then see if you have the same problem

Your server seems to be a PPC, not an x86 machine.
I checked but found no PPC executable of TeamSpeak in the Download Section. Where did you get the binary from? Or is it the x86 binary? (Which would explain why it won't work on PPC)

If you compiled some program from source, it is of course ready to run on your system (let's ignore errors in the compilation process due to non-portable source code and cross-compiling here).
To answer your question : sorry, but as TS is closed source, you do not have the option to compile TS for PPC yourself.

Though you could of course offer that, chances are *very low* they will accept this offer as it would mean that they had to give the source code of the program they are making money with to a stranger. I'm quite sure they will NOT do this.
You may try it anyways, of course. (Please note that i'm not a member of the TS-team)
