Sometimes we connect sometimes we don't

OK so here is my issue. I'm running a TeamSpeak server on my computer, it was perfectly fine with my netgear router. Well the router took a crap on me so i got a new D-Link router EBR-2310 is the model number. Its also a wired router just so i can put everything possible in here. I have opened the ports 8767, 1453* (can't remember the number but its the right port), and 51234 because i upload the server info to my web site.

After i got the new router, one of the guys who have ALWAYS been logging into my server started having problems. Sometimes he can connect and sometimes he can't so i turned off UPNP on the router and he has no problems at all. I turn it back on and he can't again. Well now its off and sometimes i can't connect and now neither myself nor my girlfriend who is connected to my same network can log in to my IP or my ts.lordsofthepublic.com we have to use the lan IP. I've gone into server.ini and changed the BoundToIp1 in [Main Config] to 192.168.0.103 (my lan IP).

I don't know what else to try short of reinstalling the server, if anyone could help me that would be great. D-Link has a demo of the router on their website, if someone could check that out and maybe tell me what i need to turn on or off on my router that would be great. Thanks in advance

It's probably the router. I use a D-Link router and I have been having many troubles with people connecting.
