Server Issue's When PC Reboots
Hello, I am using version 2.0.20.1 version of Teamspeak Server for Win XP and currently use SP2. I use Sound Blaster Audigy X-Gamer SC with the Most recent Drivers as well as the Latest Version of Direct X. I uses a Linksys 4 Port Router and have a cable modem connection to the internet.
Ok here is what is going on. My server that I run on my own machine was running fine with no problems what so ever. At some point tonight I decided to reboot my machine. I was able to reload my server as normal and I was even able to connect to it on my main pc. I load the ts server and client on the same pc. Upon resuming Everquest all my guildies were sending me tells stating they were unable to connect. I then tried to connect to my server via my 2nd pc right next to me and was given an error message:No Reply from the server maybe the server is offline or maybe teamspeak is not running on it. This has happened on more then one occasion in the past and I have had to setup new teamspeak servers on other computers as a result of not being able to fix the problem which is a hassel for 50 people. Other times when this has happened in the past it was during bad storms and would loose power out of the blue or even when the computer decides to reboot itself. I have read the FAQ several times over and have been unable to find a solution to this problem that seems to plague me. When I reinstall the Server on my main pc it still will not take I would have to reinstall it on a fresh pc inorder to get a new server up again.
I was using my pc's IP to connect to my own server on the same machine vs the ts address I tried to connect to the server on the same pc again this time using the TS address and get the same errormessage as my 2nd pc and same log as posted below for my 2nd pc...

- How does your network setup look like?
- Are you using a router?
- Are you using DHCP or static IPs in your network?
More details please.
