connection problem
Hi all,
Ive been reading on this forum for a while now but my problem seems to be a bit different from what ive read so far.
We have always been able to connect to an (external) ts server wich is rented. This afternoon we seem to have had a little disconnect from internet for just a few seconds while i was on ts. After this happened, the server keeps answering its offline. Could it be that because of this "hickup" in my internetconnection, we got banned or something. I do have access to superadmin normally but also i cant open that page anymore. Everyone else can connect to the server without problems. We havent changed anything on our computers and both computers cant connect anymore, just out of nowhere. Ive tried connecting to a random other server and this works just fine. Anyone has any ideas?

You should try doing some tracerts and ping tests to the server when this happens, if your getting time outs / packet loss then its a network issue

Thanks for thinking along,
After a big crash in GB yesterday for a lot of connections everything works fine again, think that must have been the problems. According to the ts provider this could have been the problem since we connect from outside GB.
