Socket Error?

I just encounter this error today with my server running just fine for the past 2 weeks. I've unistalled and reinstalled and that didn't do a thinkg. People can enter the server but have trouble entering at times. Also, the transmission is so choppy you can't understand a thing.

This is the error i'm getting:

03-02-03 01:35:02,ERROR,All,TTSUDPSender.Execute, Exception EIdSocketError : Socket Error # 10049
Cannot assign requested address.

The server is running on XP and did a recent virus check. Any suggestions?

Dont know if this will help you but I was having the same problem just as a client connecting to other people's servers.

My solution ironicly enough was as simple as putting the address of my ts server in my firewall (norton firewall).

Now I get zero percent packetloss and no more 10049 errors.

Good luck. Maybe you need to add your player's to your firewall?

Also check to see if you have Xp's firewall turned on. That could be causing problems too.

Just ideas.. Dunno if it will help actually or not.
