How to allow individual server admins to restart their own server?

Greetings..

I've been searching for some time now, but can't come up with a solution..

Our TS servers seem to very randomly lock up over time. Some users can get into their servers, where one or two can't..

Is there an easy way to give individual server restart control to the individual server admins? (Such as adding a "start/stop/restart" my server" on the normal web login for admins? - similar to the superuser functions, but only give single server access to the individual server admins?)

I've seen other web interfaces that are for super admins, that allow for each server instance to be started/stopped just like the default one, but nothing for individual admins to use.

You could write an external script which verifies userdata (checks whether they are server admin) and if this check succeeds it could restart the server.

Good idea.. One slight problem:

Your method must be the way programs such as TCAdmin allow server admins to restart their own servers.. I'm surprised that no one else has created an open-source (or free) script to do the same..

I wonder if it's possible to somehow use some of the web interface superadmin menu code to do the same for the admin menus.. hmm
