bugs and freezeup

Hi there,
I have a problem I haven't seen before. I have had to reinstall my OS Xp pro sp.2 and I have update some drivers as for graphic card, then I have installed the last version of TS, but I have noticed that I can't speak, while I can hear everybody. But the most important thing is that after a few time my pc freezeup and I must to reboot.
What can I do??? Why does it happen ?? The mystery is I dont find any message in the event message page...and all of these bugs have been happened after installing TS.
My sound card is Sound Blaster Live 24, integrated in my motherborad (MSI K8N Diamond) and my Graphic card is Nvidia 6800 GS.
Could anyone help me please?
