cant hear people when i switch channels

I cant hear people when i switch the channels. i created them and i serve the server on my own pc.. i dont have any problems with the room that the install sets up but when i switch to a new room i created OTHER people CAN hear me but I cannot hear them or see there green light come on so its like no signal is coming in from them even though they are in the same room..

like i said They can hear me but i cant hear or see there light.. please help me my guild needs this for raids.. thanks

now i have one of my users after i tore my hair out uninstalling reinstalling server/client that some of the users of mine after i messed around a few could talk to me on the channels now but some people cannot speak they can hear but not speak no green dot nothing and were all using the newest ver ofthe software, i even had them update there multimedia codecs..

One person having problems actually didnt get it to work tell he binded the keys to make it work but could get the other channels to let him talk its wioerd

Please check that you are not in a moderated channel. If so you need to have a privilege like Voice to speak.
