TS picking up heavy Background sound

Ok I too have the Turtle Beach Piece of garbage sound card but these problems sound completely different.

When my TS2 goes out, it is complete robotic static. A screeching hell my friends have to listen to and it happens EVERY single time I play AAO.

I have tried the KX drivers and they won't install correctly. I don't know what else to do.

i have been having a problem with teamspeak for months now so hear me out plz. i dont know what the problem is but teamspeak has been capturing all sounds it hears for example if the lady voice on ts talks my green light will light up but not when i talk if i use push to talk ppl can hear me but the problem is still there. when i push to talk if im in a game when i push the button they will here me and all the game sounds or whatever other sound there is if its on voice activation and they talk my green light will light up and they will hear an echoe.and i dont want to change any of my sound settings on my comp but i wouldnt mind changing the sound settings on ts my mic works fine its ts that doesnt work. i have a built in sound card dont know what kind but it worked perfectly before so plz help me
