Thumbs down TS BSOD my computer

    Hi!!

This is my first post here, and itīs because everytime I start TS, the computer crashes in the damn BSOD.

It shows the message error PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA. I was using TS previously, but one day it began to do that.

Now Iīve changed the RAM, updated drivers, unplugged the Sound card, unplugged all the USB peripherals (joystick, Router, printer) and it goes on in the same way.

    Do you know whatīs happening?

I use TS to fly in FS2004 previously and now in FSX. My compurter is: P-IV 2.4Ghz, 1Gb DDR 400 Ram, Sound Blaster Live! 5.1, GeForce FX 5200 128Mb, Saitek Cyborg Evo, Win XP SP2.

    Thanks for any help!!

    Nacho.

    Can only recommend the usual.

    1) Update drivers (yeah, you've done it, but check again)
    2) Update DirectX (sometimes it'll fix a broken file)
    3) Update TeamSpeak to the "beta" version

    Good luck.

    Hi, Wolfstar!

Thanks for your reply. But Iīve one more question. What should I do when Iīve dowloaded the beta version? Itīs an executable file, but I tried to update before and just when I double-click on it, same BSOD with the same error, so I couldnīt do anything.

Any othe idea? This weekend Iīll try to unplug all the hardware and try to run TS. If it runs, Iīll switch one by one until I find whatīs wrong. Itīs the only thing for me to do.

    Thanks again!

    Nacho.

First install the normal version (which i presume you've already done)

then download the beta, and place the executable in the folder where teamspeak is installed

Usually C:\Program Files\Teamspeak2_RC2, and overwrite the existing exe
