Need help using TS in BF2

Hey guys, I'm having a little problem using TS. Its working fine and everyone can hear me when I'm in standby mode. But when I get in BF2, no one can hear me. No matter how I try. Can't seem to get everyone to hear me. Any idea?

I am having a similar issue. Hope this isn't consider hijacking a post...
When I play Battlefield 2, people can hear me for the first few minutes. Usually no longer then 10 minutes. Usually after I die, they can no longer hear me, but I can hear them with no problem. If I exit the game there hear me fine again. VOIP is turned off in the game settings.
I have tried the beta version of teamspeak, I have tried switching from wave to direct sound. I have tried primary sound driver as well as the x-fi extrememusic. I also tried disabling direct sound in the game. I have the lastest drivers/patches and here are the results from the log...

the problem I am having is ts crashing on me only when I am playing BF2 it doesnt do it with any other game I play. I have sent in crash dump files but havent heard anything back.
