Is there a way to keep your server running while your computer is off because I cant keep my computer on 24/7?

What do you think yourself? Im not even going to give a answer because you are giving your own answer.
Read through your question and see what 2 things conflict with eachother.....

Depends what you class as sleep mode
S1 standby it probably would, S3 standby it wouldnt
Webspace - Generally no, unless you have root access

Well form what i and others (might) read is that you want to host it on your own computer. And thus you cant turn it off when you close the PC, i even doubt that sleepmode will work..
If you host it somewere else, ya then you can turn your computer off without a hassle...
Use the link Reedy Boy provided to be safe for a hosted TS..

You can be logged off and still have it running, but not totally off.
If you do not want to go with one of the hosting companies, and want to host it yourself on some web host, then you will have to make sure that they will allow you to open the ports that you would need. Most do not allow as TS would run a background process.

Okay, first off. You MUST have your PC on to host it.. thats.. kind of oveious, 2nd, if your PC is in sleep mood, yes, it will still work. My PC goes into sleep mood all the time and my TS servers still work. 3rd. If you want to host it on something else, besides your PC, you will have to have main access to the files. and most likely, you cant host it on a Webserver cause its to small.
