Server.ini
Hi,
I'm a bit new to this but I'm trying to locate sever.ini but can't seem to find. I've looked all over, I must be looking in the wrong places.
Can someone help me please?

Do you have shell-access on the server?
If yes: the server.ini is located in the same directory as the binary. (The binary created it on first start)

What is shell-access? And where would I find it or know if I even have it?

With a Shell-access you can manage a rootserver.
The Server.ini is in your teamspeak-server-directory.
(The binary created it on first start)

I've looked in teamspeak-server-directory but still can't see server.ini any where? I'm feeling really stupid because you lot know where it is and I can't find it at all. Could some one run me through the steps bit by bit as if I'm about 2 years old. LOL

Well, ... the Binary create the Server.ini (and other files) at the first serverstart. So If you havenīt started the server before, do this now.
Now there should be a server.ini file in the serverdirectory. In this directory is the file server_windows.exe / teamspeak2-server_startscrip (Windows/Linux) , too. No idea which operation system you use.
Be sure that you are in your serverdirectory and not in your clientdirectory.

The only files in the serverdirectory are :- httpdocs, manual, mysql_sql, sqlite_sql, tcpquerydocs, bad_names, changelog, dbexpmysql.dll, INSTALL.mysql, server, manual, readme, server, server, server_windows, slicense, sqlite.dll, unins000,
unins000. This is the names of all files in the ts serverdirectory.

ahhhh thatīs the problem
Your system donīt show the "file-endings". Normally it isnīt server_windows, it ist server_windows.exe .
Go in the directoryoptions and disable the function that cut the endings.
2 times server. One would be the .dbs and one the .iniserver, manual, readme, server
Now you should find the file
