easy way to select 'mic volume' in capture?

Hey so i have a TV card that switches the capture input to 'line in'. This is nice, because it allows me to record the TV input etc.
the problem is when I load TS after watching TV I have to go into volume switch to capture and then select mic volume so i can talk.

I was wondering if anyone knew a quicker way to change the capture device.

Maybe have TS change it for you when you load the program.

anywho i use a
Creative Sound Blaster PCI standard on board audio card
and a winfast tv2000XP tv card.

I've had the same issue before hand with my tv card.... and well i never managed to come up with anything but it no longer both me as i run mythdora on another machine for it.
