    Server Setup Not Working

I've searched all over the forum for an answer to this problem and I've found nothing so now I'll make a post about it.
I'm trying to set up a server, I've instaled Team Speak Server and it runs just fine. When I go into the web browser portion to try to manage the servers is when I get the snag. I can't see any servers and nothing happens when I try to add new servers or users or superadmin.
Every time I try to add any one of those, nothing happens. Also, when I look at the list of servers on the client side, I can see 2 servers that I made. Both of them have the password I put on them, but when I log into them it says no reply from server.

The very first time I started the Super Admin manager I could see the server that is automaticly there. Every time I tryed to change it though it wouldn't do anything, so I deleted it.

Having no idea what to do about this I opend port 8676 on my router and windows, that didn't change anything.

When I try adding a new server now, It tells me that there is already a server using the same UDP port.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.
