are you sure that you didn't make a mistake ??
You need allow any connection+forward it on port 8767 / UDP

    i can connect through local
Then connect with your local IP!

In most cases your router gets a loopback, so connecting with your local IP is the only way.

Other users can connect with your WAN IP (http://www.whatismyip.com), if you have forwarded your ports correctly.

That doesn't make any sense. A NAT loopback is when your router sees that the WAN address you're using is on your LAN, so it turns the signal back around for you. If you can connect via the loopback, you're technically connecting via the WAN *and* the LAN.

    Perhaps you mean the localhost?

heres a pic of my settings
You don't *need* to set those ports to "Both." For security reasons, I'd recommend you stick to 8767 UDP, and the other two (which you don't need unless you want to admin the server when you're not at home) to TCP. For security, again, I'd just forget the other two ports unless, as I said, you know you want to admin your site remotely (or let others do so).

Other than those critiques - if the PC running TeamSpeak Server is at 192.168.1.101 then I'd say you're all set for forwarding. However, if you have multiple hosts (computers, xboxes, Wiis, PS3, etc) on your network, you might find that your PC isn't always at the same address - this can be fixed by giving your PC a static address.

and i doonl have the windows firewall i allowed the exceptions but still turned it off
For security, I'd suggest you only do this long enough to troubleshoot - once we get you working, please turn your firewall back on - you don't really want to get a virus or other malware and then reinstall and do this all over again do you?

also and its not working i hope im doing something simple wrong lol anyway heres a pic any help would be greatly appreciated

    Can you connect to "localhost"?
Can you connect to your PC's LAN IP address? (192.168.1.x)
Can someone outside your network connect to your WAN IP address? (www.whatismyip.com to get the address).

    I recommend the following:

    1) Try to connect to your PC's LAN IP address (192.168.x.x - you can get this address by typing "ipconfig" at a command prompt)
    2) Give your computer a static IP address (or, a DHCP reservation). This way your PC is always at the same logical location, all the time.
    3) Correct your port forwarding to reflect this new 192.168.x.x address
    4) Try again from the WAN.

If any of the above fails, please tell us which step fails, and provide a screenshot of the configuration relevant (a shot of your ipconfig for step 1, your port forwarding for 3, etc).

I know it's frustrating, that's why we need to focus on one element at a time. If you can't get a connection to work on the LAN, it'll never work on the WAN (can't get on the highway if your driveway is all tore up).

I know you've disabled the Windows Firewall and made exceptions for it - what anti-virus software do you use? Many of the come with firewalls that override the Windows Firewall, and you'd have to configure those firewalls (or disable them) as well. Have you ever installed a 3rd party firewall like Zone Alarm instead?

For the record - disabling your firewall is fine for troubleshooting, but once we get a good, solid connection across the LAN we'll want to re-enable the firewall(s) and put the correct exceptions in place instead.

1A) How many PCs are on your LAN?
1B) How many other network devices do you have? (Video Games systems, modified toasters, etc)
1C) Is the network address for your Server machine DHCP, DHCP Reservation, Static, or other? (I may have asked this already, but I'm juggling several cases and starting to lose track).

    2) How many network cards are in the box running TeamSpeak Server?
2B) What are the LAN IP addresses of all the network cards in the Server box?
2C) What are the LAN IP addresses of any one other PC with TeamSpeak Client on your network?

3A) Please post a screenshot of your Windows Firewall TeamSpeak exception details. Yes, I'd like to see this even though the firewall is disabled (Some firewalls still like to block things even when disabled - I blame poor programming).

It is best to use only one firewall at a time. If you are going to use only window then uninstall the others. Some create services that run before you even log in. I know my Zone Alarm does and it is hell if you do not know how to use the settings that are provided.

For that matter, in Windows XP SP2 the Windows Firewall not only starts before login, but before the network stack starts, which is part of why disabling it doesn't always turn it off.

It's great for security, but it's a mean little devil for troubleshooting. :-P
