Common Issue:Cannot connect to regular clan site

To whom may be able to help?

I was my normal clan TS channel/server today.
Tonight when I tried to log in I get this message
    "[22:38:50] No reply from server
    Maybe the server is offline
or maybe teamspeak is not running on it"

By checking the clan site I can see that others are online and using it(plus I was in there today)
I can log into other TS servers and speak to others, so I think its definately to do with this one server.

Ive tried to ping the IP directly but the request times out.
I also wondered that since I was dropped off the server twice today, (as I got up and left the machine alone for periods of time), do TS servers have a filter or blocker for kicking/banning people if they are dropped off the server too much in a certain period of time ie 24 hours?

Any help or suggestions would be great, and thanks in advance.

Try traceroot you can see a more detailed ping.

The standard TS does not block people from connecting the the server a certain number of times aday.
