    vista weird crackling

    runing vista ultimate, it only works with push to talk, and even then durring local test it will not echo my voice, instead when I press the push to talk button it stats with this odd crackling that goes off and on, with shortening off spaces untill its continuous, it is set for run as administrator and the compatability mode is set to XP, anyone have this problem, and have latest drivers

    Ok, it seams that it is detecting the sound, but improberly decoding it, so whatever I say is outputed as a weird, staticy sound, anyone know of any fixes for it?
