People hear me but I don't hear anybody--any ideas?

I have a Logitech desktop stand alone microphone that plugs into the USB port, a Creative Labs Audigy 2ZS Pro sound card, and cable broadband internet service. I was playing Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter the other night and I connected fine to the TS server. I was able to chat and hear others just fine in the TS lobby. I then started the game and joined the game. Got me gear and got in the game and was able to hear TS gamers in the game for a couple of momements then all of a sudden I could not hear the other players but the ingame sound was fine. Oddly, they were able to hear me just fine. Any ideas why?

Yes. I'm also being told others hear a terrible echoing problem even when my microphone is turned off. Not sure how that happens. I've tried finding somewhere what are the best settings for an audigy 2ZS sound card to ensure compatibility with teamspeak.

Check to see if you have this setting correct.

Start>Control Panel>Sounds and Audio Controls>Advanced>Options>Propertes>Recording(Make sure all boxes are ticked)>OK>Tick the One for microphone.

    known issue

This is a known issue for all teamspeak 3 users. Currently there is no fix/patch to solve this issue HOW EVER....SOLUTION- If you lose sound meaning your friends can hear you but you cant hear them or vice versa SIMPLY shut down your teamspeak CLIENT (not server) and re run the CLIENT. YOU MUST** shut the client down and re run it simply logging out and back in again with out shutting down the client will not fix this issue.
