I'm hosting and others cannot connect
I have been host a TS server for a group of gamers, currently 3 of the guys logged off and cannot log back in. thay can connect to other servers but not mine. while at the same time most of the other players don't have any issues. can anyone help?

Check the ban IPs?
Ask them to do a traceroot to the server.
start>run>cmd>"tracert (server IP)"

ok , we will try it. i just don't get the idea of "this pc can connect , but this one can't"

I think you need to find out what error they are getting and go from there.
