Some can connect, others cant

I searched for this problem on the forums, but people dont put the problem in the title, making it nearly impossible to search.
Im having some problems with my TS dedicated computer.

Some people get the error message,

No reply from server
Maybe the server is offline
or maybe teamspeak is not running on it

while others dont have a problem at all, i dont have a fw on.
im really kind of confused.

1. Always keep Your firewall up and configured properly.
2. Check Your server from http://ts2test.planetteamspeak.com
3. Check that who can't connect to Your server, use proper host:port address.

In generel, if only small group of people can't connect to Your server, it is problem with their firewall. It should be configured to allow incoming UDP traffic from Your remote host:port to local port greater than 1023.

one of em tried to foward the port. they dont have problems joining other ts servers.
