Hi there,

I own a MSI K7D Master-L dual AMD motherboard, and sometimes i game.
For a few weeks now we use (try to use) teamspeak in a correct way, but it just doesn't seem to work.

I've tried the following sound cards:

- Only my onboard sound,
- My Creative SBLive! 1024
- My Aureal Vortex 8830

But none of them seems to work ok - so maybe it is the motherboard, so i tried my old MSI K7T Turbo - same thing even with my Abit BP6 dual celly it just doesn't want to work correctly.

The problem is that
a) My sound is crappy, it sounds more like a 747 taking off when you stand 2 meters from it's engines.
b) I can hardly hear other people
c) For some unclear reason to me, TS2 twice (!!) uninstalled my SBLive! drivers for some reason?
Don't ask me why, but when i closed teamspeak, i couldn't hear any music (i played a mp3 afterwards) so i checked my sound card, and it XP reinstalled it?

Does anyone has a sollution for these problems or should i just forget getting TS2 to work normal?

My station:
1 x AMD Athlon 1800MP
1x 256Mb PC2100 ECC REG. DRR
1 x Intel Pro100/s nic

And i tried various soundcards, see above.

It just doesn't make sense to me, anyone any idea that could help?
Which soundcard should i use?
Greetz
Liam
