Actually, this happens to my server...
server.log:
---------------
02-03-03 14:19:05,ERROR,All,SQL, ExcecSQL Error: SQL logic error or missing database in query: update ts2_servers set
s_server_name = 'Zero-Point's TeamSpeak Server',
---------------
I was trying to change the server name to "Zero-Point's TeamSpeak Server" (no quotes).
Apparently, it does not like the apostrophe ' in "Zero-Point's", because once i chaged it to "Zero-Point", everything worked wonderfully.
I thought i remmeber being able to have apostrophe's in RC1.

There is also a buy in the new RC2. When u send a text message and send it then writing on the bottom disappears and u have to click on the scroll bar to get it back. someone tell teamspeak to fix this.
