Hosting A Freeware Public Server

Hi, I started a gaming community 2 years ago and I'm fortunate enough that I (With the help of several donations) was able to buy a dedicated gaming server for our gaming needs.

I installed TeamSpeak in our very own dedicated server and would like to make it a public server where people can just come in and chat - either with us or with their friends.

There will be public channels wherein unregistered users can just chat, and there will be private channels.

My question is, will my TS server be blacklisted?

I plan on starting with only 100 (Up to 1000 if need be) slots and I plan on advertising it in our website as a free TS server where everyone can join.

I was reading the licensing part and I think I fit in this category.

An individual that rents a dedicated server from a hosting company but does NOT ask for fees from clan members AND does NOT rent or share space on their TeamSpeak server to others for profit.

Does that mean I'm covered as long as it is no more than 1000 slots and/or 10 servers in one box?

If you do not charge money for it it, and your site is not commercial, then you wont have a conflict with the license.

Thanks man. yeah we don't charge for it or whatever. It's just pure community.
