    I can hear but not talk and the green light next to test button does not dim

    please help me get my mic running for ts

    It is always lit up?

    Start>Control Panel>Sounds and Audio Controls>Advanced>Options>Propertes>Recording(Make sure all boxes are ticked)>OK>Tick the One for microphone.
